Refund Policy

1. Subscription refunds

The TurfBook Club plan is an annual subscription of ₹14,160 (inclusive of GST) to a digital service.

• Before activation: if you request a refund within 7 days of payment and your account has not yet been activated or used, we will refund the amount in full.
• After activation: once the account is activated and the software is made available to you, the annual fee is non-refundable and is not pro-rated for unused time, since the full year of service has been provisioned.
• If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

2. How to request a subscription refund

Email adarsh@altgs.in from your registered contact with your business name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Turf booking refunds

Booking payments are made to the turf business, not to us. Each business sets its own cancellation window and refund terms within the Service.

When a booking is cancelled within the business’s free-cancellation window, the eligible amount is credited back to the customer’s in-app wallet with that business, which can be used for future bookings. Cancellations outside the window follow the refund percentage the business has configured.
