1. Who we are

TurfBook Club is turf and sports-facility booking and management software. A "Business" or "Owner" is a turf operator who subscribes to the Service; a "Customer" is a person who books a slot at a Business through the Service.

2. The subscription

• The plan is a flat ₹12,000 per year plus 18% GST (₹14,160 payable), valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
• Accounts are typically activated within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received.
• The plan includes unlimited grounds, sports and bookings, with no per-booking commission and no payment-gateway charge from us.
• Renewal is not automatic; a lapsed plan pauses the public booking page and the dashboard until renewed.

3. Bookings & payments

The Service does not process card or gateway payments. Customers reserve slots online and pay by cash or UPI at the venue, or online to the Business’s own UPI. Each booking records what was paid and what is due; the Business reconciles payments against its own account.

Each Business sets its own prices, cancellation window and refund terms for bookings. Booking-level disputes are between the Customer and the Business.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and, for Businesses, for your staff logins and the content you publish.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding are owned by Acilaris Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Businesses retain rights to their own logo, name and content; you grant us the licence needed to display them within the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
